Our Design and Build Consultants are the first point of contact you will have with us. Their job is to listen to you, interpret your needs and put together a range of design and build options, for you to discuss and eventually choose from.
They’ll consult with you on construction and compliance issues and advise on budget and approximate time-frames. They’ll assist you with working alongside our architectural designers to come up with a clear design of how your home will look, feel and function.
Our Design and Build Consultants use their extensive experience and expert knowledge to walk you through every step of the pre-build process. They’ll help translate industry jargon, assist you to read plans and understand architectural design (interior and exterior). You’ll work closely with them to get exactly what you want.
If you have any concerns, queries, or great ideas at any time during the pre-construction phase, these are the people you will talk to. They’ll interpret your dream into a clear vision of home.

Ritchie Day

Ritchie joins Jalcon with an extensive knowledge base in the property investment market. Passionate about creating wealth through property investment, Ritchie has spoken at the last four Richmastery Property Academies and is listed on the Education Centre's website as a mentor www.propertyeducationcentre.co.nz.
Having himself purchased 23 properties over the past two years, he firmly believes if people have available the capital and/or equity and are able to service a debt at about 7% over the next couple of years, IT'S THE PERFECT TIME TO BE BUYING PROPERTY!

Richard Parsonson

Richard Parsonson is the newest member of our sales team. He brings a vast experience in sales and marketing and has had substantial dealings in the Property Development sector which has included a medium sized subdivision and a substantial South Island Farm Park.
He has designed and developed several residences over the years and currently resides in the new Millwater subdivision 20 minutes north of Auckland. Richard will be based at our new showhome in this subdivision.
